HPCMS CREATES is a collaborative team of educators and staff committed to fostering a school community where diversity is celebrated, equity and inclusion are prioritized, and every student feels a genuine sense of belonging. We believe our differences strengthen our community and that every student's identity, culture, voice, and lived experience enrich the learning environment.

Our Goals: 

• Empower students to share their identities, perspectives, and lived experiences in meaningful and authentic ways.

• Create opportunities for students to learn from one another's cultures, traditions, histories, and experiences, fostering empathy, understanding, and mutual respect.

• Build an inclusive and welcoming environment where every member of our community feels seen, heard, valued, and respected.

• Bring HPCMS's core values of Scholarship, Community, and Creativity to life through experiences that inspire curiosity, strengthen connections, and celebrate the unique contributions of every individual.
